RASHAD (SHODA) - PADI OWSI & EFR INSTRUCTOR

Shoda learnt to dive on the coast of Alexandria and remembers  being made to swim treacherous waters with high waves and strong winds, but loved the adrenalin and challenge. After graduating from University with his new found passion for diving, he headed to the Red Sea. He worked in Sharm El Sheikh as Dive Resort Manager, unable to stay away from diving, he completed more training and decided to head to the friendly resort of Dahab making it his home. With Big Blue Dahab he completed his training up to Divemaster level and has been with us ever since.  His passion for diving has taken him on safaris and liveaboards in the Mediterranean, Red Sea and Indian Ocean. After discovering how much he loved to teach he became a PADI Instructor in 2009. He loves the reward of teaching people to dive and happiest when giving his students only the best they can get from their diving adventures and success is his only goal. Also lots of fun he enjoys underwater acting, filming underwater feature movies, as well as being the original founder of the famous ‘Galabeya Divers’.
